User Manager/QA/Can't log in User Manager

First make sure that you have:
- installed User Manager package;
- upgraded also the User Manager package on the last upgrade of the router;
- created at least one subscriber;
To log on to customer page, make sure you:
- are using a correct URL of the customer page;
- have specified correct login and password for the customer;
To log on to user page, make sure you:
- are using a correct URL of the user page;
- have specified a correct login and password for the user;
- have specified a correct subscriber's public ID in the URL;
