Happy Birthday at CableFree! – we’re celebrating!

Wireless vendor CableFree: Wireless Excellence was founded this day in 1996: in an era of dial-up internet, the CableFree founders envisaged a world of high speed wireless connectivity. Our very first products, launched in 1997, achieved a record-breaking 622Mbps full duplex. From this start we’ve built a global business, with wireless networks installed in over 80 countries worldwide and capacities of 40Gbps or more!

From our headquarters in the UK, CableFree products are now installed and operating around the world, powering large and smaller networks alike, including some major name organisations. Our comprehensive product range offers a “One Stop Shop” for complete wireless networks, including 4G & 5G LTE Networks, Microwave, Millimeter Wave, MIMO Radio, FSO and Carrier WiFi.

New in 2021, CableFree are actively shipping 5G Base Station infrastructure including 5G-NSA and 5G-SA, Macro & Small Cell versions, for multiple frequency bands, designed and manufactured in the UK.
